Graphic Design

We will first begin by discussing client's ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos, if any, that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work.
We will provide you with a quote and timeline to complete your design.
If approved we will start working on design concepts.
When ready we will present you with different design concepts, let you choose what works for you and make adjustments if needed.
We will make revisions and any adjustments needed on the design you chose to go with.
Once approved we will then package your files and deliver them in various digital formats usable for both print and web. You will receive vector file .eps, pdf, jpg and any other format you require.
With any logo or graphic design job, first 3 changes are free and that is usually enough. Any additional changes are extra. Any errors made on our end won’t be counted and will be called “revised proof”. We can continue making changes but remaining balance is to be paid before making additional changes out of 3 free changes.
Depending on the project, on average 1-5 days Each project is unique and turnaround depends on different attributes and requirements of each project.
Yes, we can. If you have original file formats such as .ai, .eps or even .pdf might work we can edit your logo. If you have none of the listed files then your logo would have to be recreated or vectorized.
Yes, we can. Please send us your sketch idea and we can discuss your design.
We will try our best to help you with your project. If for any reason after 3rd proof our design does not satisfy your expectations you can simply walk away from the project or continue with changes with different direction from your end.
If you decide to walk away from the project after or before your last free revision (3rd ) during the design process for the work we have done, you will lose your deposit. We do not offer refund for the work we have provided and time spent working on your project, up to date.
Yes. You will have 100% ownership of the final design. Once we hand over the final files to you, you can do what you want with the design. Danka S Designs does retain the right to display the designs in our promotional material, website and/or social media channels. You can request us to waive this if you do not approve.
All logos are vector based. File formats you will receive: .eps, .pdf .jpg. You can let us know if you require any other file formats.
Yes, all logos that we design are vector based or in .eps format
Vector (.eps) is file format that can be scaled to any size without loosing resolution.
For example: If you go to a sign shop to produce signs or vehicle decals, even embroidery they will ask you for vector logo.
Its also preferred to use vector or .eps format for print design: business cards, flyers, banners etc.
We accept payments by e-transfer. A 50% deposit is required to start the work, and full balance upon completion. All payments and deposits can be made to:

Web Design

After the initial delivery, you can review the things implemented up to two (2) times. By review, I mean adjusting the things asked for only, not requesting anything new or requesting an adjustment, which would require building or adding a new feature, or adding new data such as: adding more images, more pages etc.

If in the process you introduce a new request, this new one would be treated and charged separately. Please, be sure to submit all data before the start of the design process. Any later addition might be subjected to separate fees. Any change is subject to assessment. If it's quick and easy, no additional fee. If it requires time/complexity/etc, it will be priced.

Payments are not and should not be affected by any administrative/legal/fiscal restrictions or any other situation delaying the live publication of the website. Once the project is delivered, payment is to be made immediately after. Even if you have no intent of making the website live right after the project completion, payment is still due.

If you are busy but would like to replace some images that you will be sending me, I can still replace images at a later date after the final payment is made.
