You are free to choose any theme that you prefer. However, for compatibility and ease of maintenance, I recommend selecting a theme that has been recently updated and is compatible with Elementor. Some themes may look appealing but use outdated technologies that can make websites slow or difficult to update. You will need to purchase a theme, but before you buy it please consult with me so I can double check the theme.

Some themes are more flexible than others. Generally, when you select a theme, you should expect that I will use the same colors and fonts as the theme. I will only replace images (if necessary), text, and the logo. If you want to change colors or fonts, this may introduce complications that would need to be assessed.

You can enter keywords related to your industry to find a suitable theme.

If a theme catches your eye, you should carefully review the details section, as it contains crucial information. Key points to check include:
- Last Update Date: This should be relatively recent, as it indicates the theme is actively maintained and likely to keep evolving. If the theme hasn’t been updated in over six months, it might signal potential issues, especially if the site will require frequent updates.
- Compatible Builders: Elementor should be listed as one of the compatible builders.

Once the theme is purchased (by you), it should be downloaded and shared with me along with the license codes. In some cases, themes come with multiple variations, so if that's the case, you should specify which version you prefer.

Payments / Revisions

After the initial delivery, you can review the things implemented up to two (2) times. By review, I mean adjusting the things asked for only, not requesting anything new or requesting an adjustment, which would require building or adding a new feature, or adding new data such as: adding more images, more pages etc. If in the process you introduce a new request, this new one would be treated and charged separately. Please, be sure to submit all data before the start of the design process. Any later addition might be subjected to separate fees.

After the Preview is sent to you of the website any changes should be sent within a few days and final balance is to be sent soon after approval. Once final balance is sent your website will be Live and I will also send you all Credentials used to create your website.

What is required before starting Website Design:

1. Your final text content / proofread in an M.Word document for each page. If you need help with content, I offer content writing so I can do it for you at an additional fee.
2. Register for domain name and hosting (I will send you instructions with video in email) after you register I will need you to provide me with login details
3. I will buy stock photos for your website, you can choose your own, or if you are sending images they need to be high quality.
